Fundamentals of Daoism

DaoDe Center invites everyone to a new comprehensive theoretical course about Daoism and Life - the Course “Fundamentals of Daoism”.
This Course is recommended to everyone who is interested in Art of nurturing life, who is already engaged in practice, or for the first time wants to discover the ancient teachings on which the entire Chinese civilization is built.

I'm currently taking a course on WuLiuPai texts and a course on Post-Standing (and theory and practice). It is difficult to single out a favorite course - all courses are extremely interesting and useful. With the practice of piles I met in 2010, but the experience was extremely difficult: there were no explanations and corrections, and the purpose of the practice was not clear. Gradually, practicing Post-Standing (pile-diagnosis), interest in the pile returned, but lacked stability, besides, and try to stand more than 40 minutes was very difficult. Thanks to practicing Post-Standing in just 2 months, the feeling of practice has changed a lot, and the theoretical part (which was very lacking!), in my opinion, makes the practice more conscious and gives a strong motivation to continue practicing.

Every Course I am able to participate in is valuable for me. Because each time is a unique opportunity, something that changes the state of mind. All the courses are different. Post-Standing Theory is very warm, like a kind old friend. The texts of Alchemy School WuLiuPai give a spiritual feeling. It is because the deepest things hidden in these texts, hitherto largely incomprehensible, suddenly it becomes closer. I understood why they say, “To shed light". This is exactly what it is about.
